Ping Pong?

For long... I've not been playing ping pong... =D

It's the sport that I played ALOT during form5... Used to play till 4/5pm after school everyday, haha!! Miss the feeling of wearing the prefect's uniform + leather shoes, running around with the bat in hand...

Will be representing BB to have match against the people from the Stedfast Association this Sunday, woohoo~ Guess what, I don't even own a ping pong bat... =P Therefore, I borrowed from my classamates...

Tomorrow gonna practice a little, if not Kar Hoe & I will be "swept" by Stedfast I guess... XD There's also badminton going on actually, which I play more often nowadays... But I just miss ping pong too much, so I chose ping pong, ha! =D

One thing I love about ping pong is it does not depend on strength much, everything is about technique... =)

LT Mark was teaching the kids some British sign language...

Amazingly, when I was back to the gym room yesterday, I saw maintainence was done on the equipments... And spoiled equipment no.1 was repaired!! @.@ Still, it's half-spoiled, haha!!

And they shifted out spoiled equipment no.2 & 3 *perhaps they didn't want me to post them up here*, replacing with a functional new cheap equipment:

Anyway, at least I can have some running as my warm up now...

My Creepy Gym Experience

I went to the gym in my condo today! =O

It's the 1st time I enter into this new gym room... I didn't want to try it last time is because I knew that inside are filled with 烂铜烂铁... Anyway since it's shifted to this new room , I took a try on it today...

Introducing... The spoiled equipment no.1!!

Oh well, there're no.2 & no.3... just that I accidentally deleted the photos... =.="

This is considered as the most decent equipment already

The most challenging one to me... @.@

The gym room is located at the upstairs of the club house... There's a office beside the gym room... Anyway, it was already close at 5pm just now, so ended up I was alone upstairs... There's one chinese term to describe the gym room: 阴沉沉 =.="

The door couldn't be closed from the inside, and the door opened itself twice which scared me a little... But it wasn't the most scary moment...

This is even more scarier! It jammed half way when I was using!

I was thinking, gosh, what's gonna happen next...

Imagine, you turn back and you see someone with long hair holding the weights and smiling at you... Or, you see a head stuck between the weights... And you tried to shout, but there's no sound coming out...

Nah!! I was not thinking that much... I was worried that if I try to push the weights down I would have accidentally hurt my fingers...

I wish management would put more effort to renew this gym serious..

I WANT TO BUILD MUSCLES!!

Today's Updates

Certified, I'm at the recession of my life...

I just realised that someone is trying to play "mafia" in 1stKL... I'm the doctor, and sadly I was "killed"... I don't think there's any spy in the village... Killers won... =.="

Don't ask me for the real story behind, I would tell you if you're supposed to know, haha... Anyway, it's rather unfortunate that it happened when it was my turn to be the "doctor"... =/

I went for a swim in Chin Wu with some BB boys this morning...

Legs seemed like gonna cramp anytime after 4 laps... =.=" I rested long before going down for another 2 laps... And it took me like 45mins for these 6 laps, LOL!! Ok... I'll have to swim more.

I was back to YC then... Jason was conducting the Arts, Crafts, Hobbies presentation...

And I managed to have this as my starter before lunch... =D

Believe it or not, a form1 boy cooked and prepared this in front of us... It tastes fine! With all the effort he put in... Does he deserve a pass? =P

"Big Cow"- Daniel Wong is leaving to Terengganu soon... It's his last day of BB!!

He fetched me back home today, with his four-wheel car... Through the conversation with him, understand that he's pursuing his dream in Terengganu... It's for a marine/shipping related course, or I should say training... One of the 350 that has got selected among 8000 people who applied... wow!

His leadership in 1stKL is remarkable, every boys like him so much... Of course, I'm gonna miss him too...
